The people who work here are great and I have nothing but great things to say about them. Very helpful and kind. The room was a nightmare. The floors were disgusting, couch was disgusting, curtains were heavily stained and couldn’t even cover the full width of the window. Like the room was awful. Don’t stay here unless you plan on literally JUST sleeping in a bed and leaving immediately. Which is exactly what we did because it was also not refundable lol

The phone was caked with some kind of food or something and when I told the manager nothing was done about it. The air-conditioning unit was making a terrible ticking sound and they told me there was nothing they could do about it so they unplugged it and gave me a fan. The back door that was supposed to be opened only with a key was broken and my children and I were staying right by the door so anyone could come in. We booked for two nights and left after the first.

You walk in and it smells like cigarettes. The room was dirty, and we had to pull down a dust bunny from the ceiling because we were scared it would fall on us. I'm not staying here again.

We didn't know this place is a high drug traffic and crime area. Its an embarrassment to Expedia. There have been drug bust in the rooms. We found all this out after registering. We left and Ended up going to a much better and safer feeling hotel. Too late to get our money back.
