「The coffee that’s in the room is not good and is in all in 1 coffee and filters. I would bring your own coffee filters if you are bringing your own coffee. The room is a good size, just wish there was a dining table with 2-3 chairs instead of a tall desk. For a family of 4, it needs work. My husband and I sat on the couch to eat and our oldest sat in the rolling desk chair, there were no other chairs. The couch can fit 2 adults and 1 child, it is very small. 「Here’s how you can put that together: First, the hotel has no Wi-Fi, which prevents me from using my laptop to handle tomorrow’s work. Second, the mattress still has a plastic cover on it that hasn’t been removed. It’s just a thin sheet on top, and when I lie down, it feels damp and clammy. Every time I turn over, the plastic makes a loud noise, which really affects my sleep quality.」

「Don’t waste your time going there. There are a bunch of idiots even though the rooms were nice the bedroom, uncomfortable. The sheets and comforters were thin and cheap and itchy and the room I was getting the TV didn’t even work.」

「Hotel was not open. We attempted to stay on Nov. 1. There was a sign on the door stating the office was only open 7am-11pm (Nothing about the office hours was listed on the hotels.com profile). The door to the hotel was locked, and no answer when we arrived at 11:02 pm. Through the locked door we could see several large carpet rolls. There were no other cars in the parking lot. I saw on other reviews that they got sent to a different hotel, which makes me think they are under renovation right...
