「We stayed here on our honeymoon, and was expecting a little more hospitality to be honest couldn't even get a free drink out of them 😅. They do hound you a little in the mornings for room service so don't expect a lay in at this place! 「To reach the hotel you have to ride boat from main land to club bentota cause the reception next to the river its between the river and the sea .. The resort have tennis and many games its very big resort and awsome .. Value for money.. But i did not like the animals there many dogs and monica also squrriel .. I hate the gecko there are a lot of them .. Actually they should kill them very digusting and disturbing」

「This property is designed to take care of your every need. You have a personal butler who you work with for everything—dining, outside excursions, a drink by the pool—and they do an excellent job. Our butler was Menuka and he was wonderful, helpful, and kind. We stayed on the property for the most part and chose to do all of our meals there because we liked the food and the convenience. It is a very small property and quiet so if you are really interested in disconnecting, this is a good choice....

「The resort is the labor of love of Chamal the owner. 9 private and beautifully done villas set in the middle of nature. We had lunch and dinner everyday in the restaurant by the river. Loved the property, service was warm and friendly and seafood was superb. Great find!」

"Beautiful hotel, very centrally located and right next to the ocean. Our room was nice and spacious and clean. Staff and management were very nice and helpful all around. Eg 1: I had hurt my ankle the previous day, and over our 2 day stay, they assisted my wife in getting ice for my leg. Eg 2: We also needed a screwdriver to remove the battery from a toy we bought (for plane travel), and the staff went out of their way to help out with it (laughing at us). The breakfast and dinner buffet had great food, and the performer at the dinner buffet also played our song requests! Great place overall, would definitely recommend. "

"This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel, I basically like this hotel because I feel it new, model, clean. I recommend to all my colleague who need to go to Sri Lanka. However, this time, I feel a bit disappointed, the room wasn’t really clean, - first day when I check-in, I find there have a bottle of water had been drunk half. - I feel the carpet had something to bite - sometime, the room service did not throw the rubbish even it was full - room service will laid part of the quilt on the carpet It make me a bit disappointed."
