「Great hidden gem」

「Room was clean and the layout of the room was different from the usual but very comfortable. Parking and walking distance to entrance was short and sweet. Staff was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Amenities were good as well. Grandkids loved the pool and slide. Will book again next visit.」

「I enjoyed our stay. I was traveling alone with two kids for a last minute trip. Hotel felt safe. Room was clean and well appointed. All the staff we encountered was so kind. Everything we ended up needing was very close and convenient. The only reason I wouldn't book again is if we found another hotel with a better pool area and hot tub. 」

「The staff was helpful and responsive in check in and getting a shuttle from and to the airport in the freezing cold. Room is very clean and they really should advertise the heated floors in the room and the heated towel shelf in the bathroom. Beds are on the firm side, which i don't like, but overall this is a really nice hotel if you happen to be in Fargo. Looks like a cool city to explore if it wasn't negative degrees!」

「Our room was great and very clean. Was a little bummed because we came with toddlers expecting the toddler pool area to be open and it was closed. When we needed new sheets in the middle of the night because one of our kiddos had gotten sick there were no staff to be found and my husband tried calling the hotel but it just kept ringing. He finally ran into someone 30min later walking down the stairs and the guy looked was carrying a bag of chick-fil-a and looked like he’d been sleeping. We got...

「Booked do the hot tub an it was closed. Took an hour to get into the room because it wasn’t ready at check in. We had places to be. The room itself was mostly clean, except for the candy and crumbs in the heating/AC vent. Expedia tried to call and they ignored the calls. Bed was SO uncomfortable could feel the springs in it. 」

「The property wasnt very clean, they are doing renovations at the property,regardless if it is open for business then it should be clean. I had to go to the front desk to get linens for the bed as it was not made. There was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan & paint on ths bathroom fixtures. The were no towels or a bath mat for the jetted tub. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable on the property. Maybe once the renovation is completed it wull be different. 」
