She was very professional, engaged, and polite with every customer walking in and out. We booked a Studio Suite King Bed room and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. "My room was supposed to have a bath tub. When I asked about it I was told she just gave that room away. I booked that room for the tub. I'm disabled and can't stand in showers that well. I had to cut my trip short due to slipping in the shower and hurting my back. We were t told the pool was closed. The elevator is kinda sketchy. They are remolding the hotel and our room was nice except the no tub part. The staff was nice tho. "
