「I had recently stayed at and IHG in Memphis and was really impressed but the one in Texarkana not so much. My room smelled like old musty body odor and the carpet was kinda dingy. I think they should take the carpet out and just have tile. The staff was nice. The stay was good but could’ve been better not worth the price I paid 」

「The hot tub was out of order, and this was one of the main reasons I booked at this hotel. It would be great if the website could indicate when amenities that are promised are not available. Additionally, the hotel reception was not really friendly. The lady who checked me in seemed annoyed. She wasn't rude, but not very welcoming.
