Our condo was brand new, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and luxury finishes. The location is perfect, right between West End and West Bay. However, no one informed us that the property was still under construction. There were workers and construction noise nearby while we were trying to relax, which took away from...

「I'm local tourist (honduran) my family likes to visit our country. Some places, like this one, didn't treat us nicely, specially some staff from the restaurant of the hotel. We went to the pool of the Pristine Bay Hotel and the lady did not talk to us nicely. I think they need some education treating the client as well as the administrator of this villa. They need to talk to the client better and explain nicely the rules of everything.」

「Staff was very attentive, great place only problem was the hot water. Besides that I had a great and pleasant stay with my fiance & another couple. Every room has a double bed very convenient if going with family.」
