「Very nice hotel and great location, but not properly staffed for a full house weekend…breakfast had only one attendant who tried her best to keep up, but everything was always running on empty. There were also little things missing in room like no Kleenexes or coffee cups. Blinds should come with instructions as a very busy front desk person had to come to our room to show us how to operate, and even he had trouble….there were buttons way across the room that you would have never guessed went...

「All around the #1 most excellent hotel experience ive ever encountered in my lifetime, from the concierge,amenities, location,view from room,pool, on site, self service laundry / they also offer laundry services as in dry cleaning etc. & exercise facilities,breakfast & every single staff member:) & just the room itself....great ,great job!!! to each & every single one of you!!! 「Convenient to The Strip area in N. Canton and to many dining or shopping options. Staff is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. Fairly priced rooms which are always very clean and well-maintained, Going through a remodel currently but ownership/staff are working diligently to minimize disruption to guests. I stay here every time I visit family in the area…roughly a cozen times in the past 2-3 years.」
