This is a property managed by a company called Grand Welcome. It was listed as being dog friendly on Expedia. 5 days prior to our arrival, I received an email from grand welcome, stating that the property was not dog friendly. I thought this was a mistake, but when I spoke to the company, they said it was not, and they had no comparable places for us to stay last minute. We ended up having to pay someone quite a bit of money to take care of our dog while we were away. When I asked to be refunded for that expense that we incurred due to the incorrect information they provided us, they kept telling me that management would review my request. No one has gotten back to me. Grand Welcome was not helpful. Even though we liked the location of this property, we will never rent from Grand Welcome again.
