"The room Was beautiful, big comfy and clean. Bathroom was perfect. The only thing was there was a knock on the door around 10ish and my partner was asleep and I was in the bath and it was hard to answer. We didn’t get to eat in the restaurant, breakfast was lovely."

"The Clayton Hotel staff were a pleasure to deal with and were very pleasant despite being busy. In spite of how busy they were with the Fleadh, they still made sure guests were taken care of. The breakfast items were replenished when the trays went low, warm plates available, tables cleared immediately so there was very little waiting time between covers. The hotel is in an ideal location with just a short walk to the city centre. Parking was just around the corner. Nice choice of mains for dinner and again prompt and friendly service. We will definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it."

"Cleanliness , staff all excellent. Didn’t breakfast there but dining area clean and bright and smelled good. No parking on site which was disappointing but they operate a vallidation of parking ticket from the Go Park Great Northern multi storey opposite the hotel. Don ’t how that works if you’re in and out of it a lot. Great location for city centre, trains, buses. Lots of places to eat and Tesco Expresses, Greggs etc."
