「no staff to acknowledge my arrival, staff that was there did turn 'till I found the doorbell and rang it then said he didn't work this desk but did call someone to get me booked in. Room: carpet looked new/freshly cleaned, bed was very good. While washroom was dated the condition for the tub was appalling by NOT being clean! Walls had splatters of God only knows what. Check out: had to ring bell, and waited again until someone come in from being outside. Slow to get service but staff efficient...

But the price did almost! double! each night I extended.. unless I’ve paid the security deposit again each night n never gotten it back…? . 」

「Vahid and No. 5 east are just a sheer delight! The house is lovely, breakfast was great, and Vahid is so welcoming and cheerful. Only minor complaint is that, in the winter, if you aren't in a car, the nearest restaurants and shops are a bit of a walk, especially if it's winter.」

「The staff at the front desk and the pool were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was fantastic, and my kids really enjoyed the slides! Even though it was the long weekend, the pool wasn’t crowded, we only met two or three other groups of guests. I did notice, however, that the beds in the room seemed a bit smaller or shorter than usual. The shower water pressure was a bit weak, and the toilet flush didn’t always work properly, which was a little surprising for such a new hotel.」
