「A strange hotel. Great location, helpful staff, clean, comfortable room and very disappointing breakfast. If they could get this resolved this hotel would be fab. Our first breakfast experience was just plain awful for an hotel that has charged nearly £400 for a three night stay. Small buffet table with a few sad looking pastries. Toaster with only choice of bread which was the plastic sliced white stuff. My wife asked for poached eggs on toast. They arrived on a cold plate and not on toast....

「I had a wonderful 2-night stay at the Glynhill Hotel; the staff were amazingly friendly and couldn't do enough for me. the rooms are beautifully presented and clean (the toilet was a little bit of a squeeze - but I am a big fella) the food was amazing, from the all-you-can-eat breakfast to the restaurant to the room service. the pool was in perfect condition and not too busy, which was a help. I would definitely stay here again.」

「When we booked and received confirmation of booking instructions said they would send us code for building 48 hours before arrival. We never got any information had to contact them on day of check in. Reason I would not recommend: We were staying in room 107. The kitchen floor had splashes of clear liquid and brown liquid (coffee?) The sofa was visibly stained in many spots and so uncomfortable (felt like springs were poking thru). 「Tired buildings but comfortable beds and helpful staff. Sadly no one thought to inform reception about water being turned off or on going building works while bathrooms were being refurbished. Good breakfasts but very pricey bar.」
