「What a great time we had at Kanazawa Chaya. My family of 5 stayed here for three nights half-board following our stay in Tokyo. This place is out of the world. I cannot describe how attentive the staff are at this Ryokan hotel. My mother is approaching her 80s and I mentioned to them in email ahead of time that my mother prefers softer food and they delivered. I was worried that the three breakfast and three dinner would be repetitive, but much to my surprise, the Kaiseki meals were so...
