「Napili Village was absolutely amazing. The location was great, the services outstanding, the staff friendly and helpful. It was a little slice of paradise. The bed was very hard and not overly comfortable, but that was our only minus in a whole LOT of plusses!」

「Too many pools that kids are allowed in. The adult pool at the Westin next door was small and people walked through the area constantly no privacy no music no bar Everything closed too early !!! 」

「Love how comfortable the whole stay was. What in was disappointed about was the additional resort fee and parking which was very expensive was not clear when I made this reservation and was surprised with an extra $500 cost on top of what I always prepaid that I thought was all inclusive. All fees should be included and presented up front especially since I made my car rental reservation through Expedia it should have been a given I would need parking and the cost should be included in prepaid...

「Overall, great day service housekeeping was not available daily and when they went, it was not the best. The floors were wet and they didn’t stock up on your utility stuff.」

「Only thing I didn’t like was the daily parking fee. If you own a condo, you’re designated a parking spot, and they charged a fee for that in addition to all else. 」

「We had a great stay with two other couples. The unit is well kept as are the grounds. Some good places to eat without having to drive. My only criticism is that none of the lights are very bright except those in the kitchen. We could not play cards at the dinning table because of this. We had to arrange chairs around the kitchen counter.」

「Please see my e-mail sent to Epic Realty on 10/22/2023 discussing how uncomfortable I was, that staff complained because the door closed from a wind burst and my friends and neighbors assisted helping with my 6 digit codes that they changed continuously. Asking assistance from staff has never been this tremulous. They were upset I called to get a new code after all.my possession was in the room. 」
