"Staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Min, the Guest Relations Officer, stood out with her warm smile and attentiveness—she ensured everything was tailored to our preferences and gave us plenty of great recommendations for things to do and see around Hoi An, which really enhanced our experience. She also prepared a delightful surprise for my friend’s birthday, decorating the bed with flowers and “A Happy Birthday”and a small cake. The hotel is well located, just a 5-minute walk to the Old Town, and has all the amenities we needed. The décor is charming, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Overall, a lovely stay with excellent service and a great location."

"This hotel is very luxurious! This was the fanciest hotel that we have stayed in! The staff were extremely helpful and worked very hard to ensure that we had a great stay. The breakfast buffet was the biggest that I have ever seen with a huge variety of food to choose from. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting Hoi An!"

"The Hotel Royal Hoi An is full of class. Beautiful hotel with 2 great pools and beautifully furnished rooms that are spacious, very comfortable and a great big bathroom with plenty of clothes space. Upstairs pool and bar are great for an afternoon swim and drink. Breakfast is very good with a great selection of fruits, bread, pastries and hot food..All of the staff are excellent with Truc at reception with our checkin being a stand out. Explained all parts of the hotel in detail. Free bikes to use is a great part and the hotel is in a great location..5 mins ride to the very busy Old Town, yet quiet at the hotel with a lot of good restaurants and massage outside the hotel..the only upgrade the hotel needs is new bikes and treadmills in the gym as they look like 1980s models..LOL"

"Beautiful hotel with amazing views and rooms. We really enjoyed our stay especially the pool and complimentary breakfast. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Be sure to check out their spa and borrow a complimentary bike to explore the rice fields in the area. The women at the front desk made our trip comfortable and easy - they helped with recommendations in the area and made everything so convenient for us. Their incredible service was the highlight of our trip!"
