"We stayed 7 nights at Palm Garden and loved every minute! The staff are so friendly and accommodating, the breakfast buffet is varied and delicious (we had Phó for breakfast every morning but there is a wide array of western options). There’s happy hour at both bars. Our room was a few steps away from the swimming pool, the spa, the games room and the beach. We stayed at Villa 101. The resort never felt crowded and the staff were very attentive. The massages at the Spa were great. Special thank you to Mr Thí who taught my sons to cut coconuts! I definitely recommend Palm Garden and we hope to return soon."

"The hotel has a good classic taste, and the room was clean and quiet. The building looks classic in style, but amenities are modern. Staff members are friendly and helpful, especially Ms Mica assisted us for bookings, and Ruby looked after us well while we stayed. It was very good to have a good restaurant and spa at the hotel as well. The hotel is close to the old town. We extended our stay because it was so comfortable, and we would love to come back sooner."

"The employees are so incredible. Thomas helped sort out our flights after Vietnam Air changed our flight times. We could not have fixed that with out him! The room was so lovely with a beautiful river view. The bathroom had the cleanest shower I have seen on my whole 3 week trip. The shuttle into old town is very convenient and the breakfast is 10/10."
