"We had two family apartments. One which was the main floor, and one on the third floor. The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours. "Check in was contactless and it directed the guest to a hotel on the other side of downtown for more information. There wasn't anyone at the hotel to answer questions and I had to call a number to get buzzed into the building. I had to put together the bed for my son and guests are required to take their trash out and wash their dishes"
