「Venlig personale, rent og stille værelse god mad」

「Super Hotel! Ich war wirklich ein sehr schön. Kann ich nur empfehlen.」

「Check-in was confusing and daunting. When I arrived in early evening, the front door was locked and the desk area was completely dark. Eventually, we went around back to look for humans, and some guests were playing ping pong and said the lady had been seen around earlier. The back door was open, though this added a flight of stairs to haul luggage up. 「Great place to stay! Spa was great! Hotel staff was incredible. Breakfast was also very good! Would stay again.」

「Excellent value for the price. Pleasantly surprised our suite had A/C. Very charming hotel with great courtyard for breakfast/dinner. Didn’t get to use sauna, but heard it’s great. Staff was super helpful with recommendations for wineries and hiking trails.」

「The room had tons of hairs covering both end tables, the desk, and the chairs—plain as day dark hairs. The phone was covered in obvious grime. We travel frequently and I’ve never seen anything like it. We were horrified, and with no staff on hand to address the issue with, we left within a few minutes of arrival, immediately reaching out to Expedia with photos of the filthy room. They apologized and tried to negotiate with the hotel staff, but we were charged for the night. Beware!」

「It was a good hotel overall. Only things was that our reservation made through Expedia was not in their system.. good thing there were rooms available」

「Very clean and my room had by the looks of it had recently been upgraded, could have done with a fan being available in the room, breakfast was acceptable but slow in coming」

「When I arrived I asked for assistance in getting my bags out of my car. They were there locked split. Next morning - the same thing- in no time flat they came up to my room to assist me. I might add that I have to use a cane to ambulate. Everything was very clean. The staff was very helpful...」

「I have been to this place 20 years ago. It is still a great place to eat and stay. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. If able, please try to get a central microwave for the hallways or for guest use downstairs. Breakfast was very good!」
