Aqua Vista Resort Hotel

"We waited for over 1 hour just to get a room and the manager had to go clean rooms. The sheets were stained, soap and body wash were empty, 3 people were only given 2 towels and when we asked for more we were told they were being washed and never got extra, the elevator was really slow, the front entrance hallway and elevator smelled like weed. Just all over not a great experience. Handicap room had a low toilet without any grab bars or anything to help get off of it. The TV did not work and there was stickiness on the top of the dresser like it was never even cleaned. I will not return to this hotel again due to the very poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, ever."

"Great staff, clean and spacious room. Great price. Great A/C and WiFi. Parking is a little tight but never had trouble getting a spot. Great location. Water pressure was kinda poor, but you’re not going to get much better on oceanfront hotels. Comfy beds. Didn’t use the pool, breakfast, or housekeeping."

"Whatever you do... DO NOT go out the door in the stairwell that says it's an exit to the beach, no re-entry. Because the part about no re-entry is correct but the exit door to the beach is LOCKED. This is a very unfortunate fire hazard and I was stuck in the cement corridor. I only had one bar on my cell service but it was enough to make a phone call to the front desk where thankfully Tee (Tee was great all throughout my stay) was available to come rescue me from being trapped in the corridor."
