"The front desk folks were great and very helpful. One gentleman helping for the breakfast was not friendly and appeared to be more friendly to some customers. Another staff member during the raining day used hand gestures and kept saying that there were 3 elevators. That staff member lacks good customer’s service."

"So this hotel is older. You can tell by the walls in the rooms. Balcony door stuck so often. TV remote would not work all the time. Yet staff is fabulous. Bar/ restaurant is fabulous. Location is fabulous. Just needs barhroom/ bedroom walls and ceilings painted or cleaned up."

"We were able to check in a few hours early when we arrived. They have a very nice breakfast, lots of options for everyone. Staff was quick and helpful when needed. Room and hotel were clean. We had lunch at the restaurant downstairs. Food was good but a bit pricey. Plan on booking a stay next summer for point break music festival as it is only a few blocks away."
