We hadden een familiekamer geboekt en kregen een leuk huisje toegewezen wat er prachtig uit zag in de besneeuwde omgeving maar het koude winterweer had ook zijn nadeel doordat er overal in de woning/kamer enkelglas zat tochten het heel erg waardoor de badkamer eigenlijk niet te doen was en bijna niet warm te krijgen was , de omgeving is perfect als we nog eens terug komen dan wel in het voorjaar/zomer maar niet meer in de winterperiode

Er was in de kamer geen waterkoker en koffiemachine aanwezig terwijl dit wel op de site stond. In het restaurant konden we niets meer krijgen ivm de drukte in de keuken vanwege het kerstdiner 2e kerstdag. Is niet erg als je dit weet, maar informeer hiervoor. Eventueel bij het inchecken. Locatie is prachtig. Kamer/huisjes zijn oud en niet warmer te krijgen dan 17gr c. Ontbijt was prima en zeer goed verzorgd.

Douches bij het zwembad werkten niet. Toch veel stof/spinnenwebben in de kamer. Verder wel netjes en prima bedden. Deur van de meterkast kon niet dicht, grote kier bij de voordeur, raamhendel bij de badkamer zat wat los. Wij hebben er geen last van gehad, was maar 1 nachtje.

Het hotel ligt midden in de bossen, het is er dus heerlijk stil en de bedden zijn prima. Er is voldoende parkeerplek maar als je wat later aan komt en je hebt niet gereserveerd voor t restaurant ,wat dus vrij beperkt is,kun je dus ook niets te eten krijgen en moet je er dus op uit naar Hoenderloo of Beekbergen. Let wel ,de keukens gaan op heel de Veluwe om 20 u dicht.

Jammer dat er geen waterkoker op de kamer was. De meeste personeelsleden spraken geen Nederlands. We zaten savonds aan een tafeltje. De barkeeper wist niet wat Rooibosthee was....

Hierbij wat opmerkingen over de kamer. Bovenburen waren goed te horen. Geen Senseo of waterkoker op de kamer. Geen glazen om wat te drinken. Regelmatig uitval tv. Af en toe geen warm water. Ben er 3 nachten geweest. Eén keer hebben ze een tas met handdoeken aan de deur gehangen de andere dagen zijn ze wel binnen geweest. Is miste een fietsenstalling voor de elektrische fietsen en oplaad punt.

Heerlijk uitje!!

Prachtige ligging met mooie gerenoveerde kamers!! Voor het dineren is reserveren noodzakelijk, anders is er geen andere optie in de bar of in een van de andere mooi ingericht ruimtes om iets te eten!! Daar kan je alleen een borrel garnituur bestellen!! Waarschijnlijk gaat het om een personeels probleem!! Er is namelijk ruimte genoeg!! Ook weinig Nederlands sprekend personeel!! Wel heel vriendelijk personeel!! Wij hebben het heerlijk gehad!! Dank jullie wel!!

Wir waren während eines Fahrradurlaubs im Hotel. Leider war der Aussenpool, der Beachballplatz und diverse andere angepriesene Aktivitäten nicht nutzbar. Das Hotel glich einer Baustelle da überall renoviert und gebaut wurde.
