「Pænt og rent. Tæt på motorvejen」

「What a lovely lovely guesthouse! We were there for a week, drawn there by the Tiroler Festspiele across the way in Erl, Austria. We didn’t know what to expect but were so pleasantly surprised. While at the hotel we spent time walking and hiking, and visiting nearby places such as the fortress in Kufstein. Every time we returned to the hotel it was a lovely feeling of returning home. It was so clean, comfortable and welcoming. The Schmid family was so kind and helpful. We loved the afternoons...

「Staff and property were very good」

「No elevator. We booked two (2) rooms that ended up on the 2nd and 3rd floor, narrow staircase,...Major issue, but understand it's a small local hotel that can't afford it. Then why does it charge the same as anything else? Can't have it both ways. No A/C, fans provided but when you're at the top of the building, it gets the most heat. With windows open, a great deal of road noise right next to it. Restaurant was great, but there are few choices nearby.」

「Rooms are very clean but very minimalistic」

「Das normale Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet und groß. Nur das Touchscreen am Schlüsseltresor beim Parkplatz ist etwas schlecht zu bedienen.」

「Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht. Der Gesamteindruck ist aber, dass das Objekt einer generellen Modernisierung bedarf 4 Sterne sehe ich hier im Vergleich eher nicht.」

「The hotel is very conveniently located right on the shoreline of the Chiemsee & near the boats that ferry to the castle island. There is also a really good steakhouse (Maximillian) connected to the hotel. The beds & pillows are the most comfortable we've had in Germany. If you're staying in Prien am Chiemsee, this is the best!」

「Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von dem Hotel, das Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber . Es war kein Personal zu sehen weder bei Anreise noch bei Abreise. Es gib ein Bild wo man sieht das man Trinken und auch Kleinigkeiten zum Essen kaufen konnte. Es gab nichts , bei Temperaturen von 35 Grad keine Getränke . Also Preisleistung ist nicht rechtfertigt, werde es nie wieder buchen .」

「Great property in the centre of Rosenheim. 10 mins walk to the station with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Very clean and quite spacious. The fridge was perfect and the freezer great for storing ice with the July temperature. The large fan was also a nice touch. Only 2 niggles. 1. Early check in process didn't work. 2. There was no where to hang up any clothes. There were coathangars but no bar in the wardobe to hang them on.」
