"Short answer. Best place ever. I booked 4 nights here w my fiance as we are going through vietnam and ill be honest, when we first opened the door to our unit w the key, windows were open, it was 114 degrees outside, and all power was off until i clicked the switch. But my god the ac here is godsend. I found out later almost every place in vietnam has a system when you leave, to shut power off to avoid power surges. Breakfast offered here was better than some of the restaurants we went to. Im an uncultured korean living in the states so i dont know much but it was great to me and i always went for seconds and thirds Staff is phenomenal. 24/7. Literally. We would come back at the most odd hours and there would someone always at the door to open it for us. Spoke very good english. And easy to communicate. Their recommendations were spot on too. Everything we had wanted to try was mentioned by them and more. Easy transfers to and from the hotel. Bottle service. Didnt wait more than 2 seconds before we left the airport doors until we were getting into car. They do laundry service by weight. Was skeptical at first as i had some sensitive clothes that were cold and low tumble dry but they understood. Washed, dryed, folded, and placed in an vacuum seal bag ready for us by same day. I cannot say enough for this place. Highly recommend to others and friends"

"This was an extremely disappointing stay. The bathroom already looked unclean when I entered the room, but the faucet was absolutely disgusting. I used a disinfecting wipe to clean it lightly, and a huge amount of black dirt came off immediately. The wipe turned completely black, which was honestly revolting. This is a surface guests touch every day, and the fact that it was left in such a filthy condition raises serious concerns about the hotel’s hygiene standards. Cleanliness should be the most basic expectation for any hotel, but this place completely failed. I felt very uncomfortable staying here and would not return or recommend it to anyone. "

La Siesta Premium Hang Be

"La Siesta Premium Hang Be is one of our favorite boutique hotels in Hanoi. We have stayed there several times over the past couple of years, and it never disappoints. The hotel is beautifully decorated, very clean, and perfectly located in the heart of the Old Quarter, just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake and many of Hanoi’s main sights. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. Depending on the room location, you may hear a little street noise, but it has never been a major issue for us. The staff is wonderful — kind, helpful, and always welcoming. A special mention to Mrs. Linh Pham, who always goes above and beyond to make sure guests have a great stay. The welcome drink and fresh fruit at check-in are also a lovely touch. Breakfast at Cloud Nine restaurant is excellent, with beautiful views and a generous buffet offering many choices. We also love the Lighthouse Sky Bar for great cocktails and beautiful nighttime views over Hanoi. We have not tried La Spa yet, but after reading so many good reviews, we definitely will next time. Overall, a beautiful hotel with excellent service, a great location, and warm hospitality. Highly recommended."
