「Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. L’hôtel semble neuf et les équipements sont nickels. Les personnels est adorables et bien qu’ils ne parlent pas anglais se sont décarcassé pour nous aider pour organiser notre excursion du lendemain. Pour que cette hôtel soit parfait il ne manque que le petit déjeuner et l’ouverture du super roof top Merci encore à toute l’équipe 」

「They let us check-in early. The breakfast was nice. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. It's definitely the best hotel in Cao Bang. The staff during the evening was very nice, however, the staff during the morning wasn't good (the girl wasn't friendly and she wasn't helpful. Her English is very basic). 」

These mistakes can happen ofcourse, but even though it was their fault, it took a lot of time and convincing before I got my money back. The alternative hotels they suggested where not suitable at all」
