There's no lake view. Entering area before the hotel gate was busy with traffic from shops and restaurants near by. Cleaning staff were ready to clean daily as requested. The AC had some dampness smell. Overall, this is a good place to stay

We had a great stay. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. The servicing of the apartments is brilliant, we had fresh towels daily and drinking water refilled when needed. Great stay.

The manager and his staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and the surrounding areas is safe to walk at night. Overall, the hotel is excellent for the reasonable price paid, and I won't hesitate to stay here again.

Great location!

Our first stay in a Sevice Apartment. This place is in like new condition. Very clean and comfortable for two persons. Great location with many food vendors and restaurant around. Short walk to the main post office and Ho Chi Menh City museum. Rate is reasonable with good security. Will come back on our next visit.

施設は少し古いが清潔に保たれている。シャワーを出る所の足拭き用のマット？が汚なかった。4泊したが1回も替えなし。 バスタオルは毎日交換してくれたが、かなり年季の入った物（笑） 2階の部屋だったからか、蚊とチョウバエが少し出てました。ゴキやアリは出ませんでした。 部屋にタンク式の飲料水が有る。どの位で交換しているのか？中身は？？と、少し疑いつつ普通に飲んでました。 値段を考えれば満足です。
