It's a very good hotel for those who are used to it. There is a reasonable laundry service and daily cleaning. You can also watch Japanese TV, which is very comfortable. I forgot my anti-slip mat when I went three months ago, but they put one on the bus on the second night. That was very helpful, thank you. The only thing is that the wifi isn't very good and the TV sometimes cuts out. But overall I like this hotel.

I stay here about once every three months for about five nights. It's a comfortable, convenient hotel with Japanese TV and a large refrigerator as it's an apartment-style room.

When I arrived to the location, the staff told me the AC was out and that I would have to stay at another location for a night. The next day they told me the room was not ready, and I would have to stay another night. The location they placed me at did not have what I paid for the balcony and in apartment kitchen. They did allow me to use the kitchen in the restaurant, but it was not clean as I would like. So I did not use it. I didn't know there was an issue with the hotel, until I arrived after a long trip. I recommend calling to ensure the room is available, based on pictures only, the hotel I booked looked a lot better then where I was placed. I would say the staff was really nice, and i had to think about writing a review as they were really sweet. However, I believe guests should know this can happen at this hotel.

7区の韓国人街にあります。中心市街地ではなくタクシーやgrabでないと来られないので、初めて観光で来られる方には不向きかもしれません。部屋はきれいで、朝ロビーで待ち合わせをしていると、「掃除してもいい？」と掃除のおばさんが聞いてくれます。シャワーの水の出が弱く、お湯に変わるまで時間がかかるのがいまいちです。その他で不満な点はありません。
