Weekend in Saigon

Upon searching for places to stay in Ho Chi Minh, I saw others rated Kin Hotel 10/10. The reviews all looked great. When I stayed, it did live up to all the expectations of 10/10. - The staffs from front desk up to breakfast team are exceptional - The room and amenities were great, clean and modern. - The location is so perfect - Breakfast was very good I would definitely come back here and would highly recommend to all my friends.

What impressed me the most from the very beginning was the warmth and attentiveness of the entire team. Despite being busy, they always greeted guests with genuine smiles and took the time to listen and assist. That kind of thoughtful service made me feel truly welcomed and appreciated. The hotel is new, so everything is sparkling clean and modern. I loved the room design, cozy, relaxing, and thoughtfully arranged. My favorite part was the bathroom. Although not very spacious, it felt private and well-designed, offering a sense of comfort and intimacy. Breakfast was delicious, and taking a walk around the hotel in the evening was a lovely way to explore the area, as it’s conveniently located in the heart of the city. Overall, my stay was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. I want to sincerely thank the amazing team at Kin for their hospitality. I’ll definitely be back!

Cons: The breakfast was rudimentary. Overly strict visitation rules Pro: Staff, especially front desk staff, are excellent. Very helpful and professional I left early and they provided me with a refund. This goes a long way to maintain my loyalty and I would stay there again knowing that they work with customers Great Location Clean, spacious room Hot water is good. Overall a nice place to spend a few days in District 1. Good value. Great customer support. I would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was nice, bed was comfortable. The toilet flush filling up was a a bit noisy and could do with a silent filler fitting. Bedside lighting controls need to be on both sides of the bed! The towel ornament and card on the bed for our arrival was amazing!

Construction going on in the next building from 10 am to 7 pm. Stressful noise despite the ear plugs. The hotel should adjust its rate lower until construction is done. Of course you do not find out there is an ongoing construction until you arrive at the property and is “forced” to stay due to cancellation policy etc. The noise inconvenience customer has to suffer should be compensated through various means i.e. rate adjustment, free breakfast, etc.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with modern touches.
