Ottima esperienza!Alloggio pulitissimo, comodo e in posizione ideale. L'host è stata molto disponibile e ha facilitato il check-in con una comunicazione costante. La camera è piccola ma il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente. Lo consiglio a tutti i viaggiatori.

Room 9/10 : Room bigger than expected. Enough to lay out suitcase fully open and have room to walk around. The bed was comfy and the AC was really good! The bathroom was a little damp smelling but expected from such a small room. Host 10:10 : almost immediate response and very clear instructions. Free water each day and even provided a plug adapter when I needed one

We stayed at this unit for a few hours to freshen up, and it was exactly as described by the host. The place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the train station, making our short stay very convenient. Communication with the host was smooth, and everything went as expected. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and reliable stay!

Mochi is a great host, very helpful and kind! She has 3 beautiful and super sweet cats that make the place even cozier and more welcoming. I felt very comfortable there and Mochi is super helpful eith whatever you need! Definitely recommend staying there as it's close to a lot of restaurants, street food and parks. I'll definitely stay here again while in HCM

Comenzando porque reservamos un departamento con dos habitaciones porque éramos 3 personas y nos dieron solo una recámara con una cama, al llegar se tardaron más de media hora en llegar a la propiedad, aún y cuando avisamos media hora antes de llegar. Ofrecieron cambiarnos a un departamento más grande (el que reservé originalmente) y nunca sucedió a pesar de mis intentos por comunicarme con ellos. Nunca nos contestaron después de entregarnos la llave. Así que PÉSIMA comunicación.

Unfortunately, our stay at this property was very disappointing. We booked through Expedia based on the impressive photos and description, but none of it reflected reality. The apartment was unclean and poorly maintained. There was a thick layer of dust under the beds along with leftovers from previous guests, such as slippers and rubbish. The entire place felt neglected. The bathrooms were in particularly bad condition — moldy, stained, and generally unclean. The toilet seats were dirty, and the bed linen was wrinkled. There were no tissues, no basic sanitary items, and nothing provided to make the stay comfortable or enjoyable. Upon arrival, we were told that payment had to be in cash only. Since we didn't have cash on hand, we had to go and exchange money. The owner then asked for either cash, a deposit, or our passports as security — which we refused. Communication was very difficult as they did not speak English, and the entire check-in process took nearly an hour of stress and confusion. The only positive was the price, but even then, it did not justify the overall experience. Additionally, the tour operators were unable to collect us saying it too far; the property is not registered on Expedia Tours as a pick up option. Overall, we would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

This apartment is very convenient place where is easy to access anywhere like a lot of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and so on. Wifi was very nice. And the host was always kind and helpful to me.

Could not check in the first night because the owner too busy sleeping and didn’t answer our calls/texts. Had to get a hotel. They texted the next morning at 7am and said can check now. The first room was dirty and the toilet seat was broken. It stinks like the sewage. Room didn’t look like the advertised pictures Even after requested to switch room. Room still didn’t look like in the photos . And yes the bathroom still stink. I think because the weather is humid so it’s common. Horrible communications Even though the said to refund our first night but never got it. Never responded to our pool access request and when they did it was already the next day which we had make other plans. So never got to use the pool. No hand wash or extra toilet paper. Had to go buy our own. Will try to ovoid staying with this property owner in the future. Unprofessional

The area is at the heart, Very accessible. 10 minutes away from every attraction. The place is very quiet and not that chaotic. Check in and check out is very easy! Host is very responsive as well and gave simple instructions. I loved the room also! Very cozy and good for solo travelers

Room was not what it looks like in the pictures. It's in landmark 4 not landmark 81. Very decepitive by adding pictures of another hotel. The key card I got only works for three out of the four elevators and won't work on elevators. Security had to let me up to my room through the staff elevator one night. There isn't a front desk staff so no one to help you run into any troubles. I was lucky enough to have my agent do the logistics for me and it was a hassle even though she spoke the native language. This place isn't an ideal place as a traditional hotel where staff are always there 24/7. Definitely wouldn't recommend for an expat traveling alone.

Communication bad, room not ready, not cleaned, got a different room a couple hours later, roaches in kitchen area, room advertised as "luxury" but very basic, not kept up, A/C very weak and with the temperature there you need A/C, the area itself is very nice with a mall and Central Park next to it, but room leaves alot to be desired

Was mislead with this accommodation, everything related to Landmark 81, but we got a bargain basement flat for a considerable sum of money, feel ripped off and totally disappointed, such an unprofessional service from beginning to end

Beware of this property. It is not an apartment in the landmark 81 tower and it sure DOES NOT look like the photos provided. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 families. We arrived late to Vietnam and were extremely tired. We were dropped off by our transfer outside of the impressive Landmark 81 tower. A representative of the booking barely greeted us. He took us across the road to a completely separate building and tried to check us into a small and terrible looking apartment. We argued and argued. He then showed us another apartment in another building. It was slightly better but still not like the photos on Expedia. There were bugs around the kitchen and other areas, and it smelt like cigarettes. We were so tired that we agreed to stay at this location. The alternative was no accomodation for that night. The children were extremely upset. This property on Expedia is false advertising and NOT in the Landmark 81 tower. The photos were definitely not what was advertised. Terrible customer service by the “representative” who clearly mislead travellers. This was a terrible stay and start to our Vietnam holiday. Fortunately, the rest of our holiday was amazing.
