Dear YOU-YU, We are sincerely sorry to hear so many bad comments from you. We acknowledge that in some rooms the water pipes from next door is a bit loud and we are looking for ways to fix this issue. As regards our bed, I would not say that it is hard. Of course, it is not very soft either. But we deliberately chose a firm mattress to provide good posture support for a comfortable sleep. As regards, the bread, we provide three types of bread and they are usually bought in the same morning. We would be more observant in future to ensure that we do not buy mouldy bread. Thank you for your feedback which is very important to us. Once again, we sincerely apologize for not providing with the most comfortable stay.
