「The hotel is quite basic but adequate for a couple of nights. The number code to access the room is convenient but an internal lock would have made me feel more secure. The free mini bar was great but a kettle and some tea and coffee would have been even better. The breakfast was mediocre. The hot food was barely warm and no microwave oven is available. Overall, I was happy with my stay.」

「First and foremost Nikola was excellent- provided wonderful customer service. It’s hard to rate the hotel itself because we went during motoGP when hotel prices across the board seemed to be 3 times the normal cost. We also went during a heat wave and the hotel does not have a/c. They did provide fans/cooling units but they were no match for the property’s infrastructure and heat. That said the rooms were clean, breakfast spread was nice and the staff was great! Location was also a plus.」

「I arrived after midnight. I was welcomed by a very nice and welcoming lady, I later found out she is security. I was rapidly accomodated in a very nice, clean, and big room with a larger than normal tub. Everything was sparkling clean and brilliant. The lady adviced me where to park and alerted me about the free made to order breakfast. I chose the eggs and bacon platter. I was served a choise of vegetables and a varied of ham and salami before my breakfast arrived. I was also given yogurt....

「Ce n'était pas la chambre la plus confortable, l'eau du spa était froide et le coût est de 1000 couronnes. Mais le buffet déjeuner était vraiment délicieux et complet. Meilleur petit déjeuné d'hôtel de ma vie!!! Pour les gens avec une voiture. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bon pour souper aussi.」

「Prenotato scegliendo 1 letto queen size, arrivo e ci sono 3 letti singoli. Chiedo di cambiare, mi dicono che non si può cambiare stanza perché sono fully booked. Però posso avvicinare due letti, mi dicono. Chiedo se possono farlo loro ma no, se voglio devo farlo io (comportamento strano). Cena OK. Colazione dalle 7, chiedo se posso scendere alle 6.45 per partire alle 7.15, mi dicono che è impossibile perché lo chef arriva alle 7. Però possono farmi una colazione da portare via. Ottimo ringrazio...

「The only good things about this hotel are the location. It is located in the centre of Brno. The staff at the front desk is quite helpful. However, the hotel's maintenance and housekeeping services are awful. Many things are out of order or in poor condition, including the air conditioner, the room lights, no hot water, and a broken arm on the armchair. The window cannot be opened, and the room is very dimly lit. The breakfast is just okay; very little food to choose from. It is not worth the...
