「Amazing place, perfect for christmas」

「Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Szlakami 5 Dolin. The view is beautiful. The apartment was perfect. We arrived late so there wasn’t anyone at the reception but we received all the info before we arrived and had a smooth check in. We tried the Sauna one evening and it was good. The staff were lovely. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. There is no housekeeping service which was abit of let down. It is far out from central and no transport closeby. It is great if you have a car. Otherwise,...

「Nette Apartments mit sehr schöner Einrichtung. Der Kamin läd zum Abends verweilen ein und die Küche war mit allem wichtigen Ausgestattet. Einzig die fehlende Seife im Bad wäre zu bemängeln.」

「Kaszelewskiego 1 locates right in the city centre of Zakopane. It is 30 minutes walk from train & main bus station, and a few minutes to the walking street. Taking Uber is much faster though. 「Appartement had eigen ingang. Alles schoon, prima keuken, groot tweepersoons bed (en een stapelbed en een los bed). Parkeren kan op straat voor de deur. Supermarkt vlakbij. Aardige mensen, zoon sprak zeer goed engels. 」

When I tried messaging them after 2 days, we heard nothing back. It is now more than a month since we checked out, and we have neither received a response nor our money back.」

「Amazing hotel in Zakopane, we had a huge apartment and the breakfast was incredible! The rooftop hot tub is perfect after a long hike, but it needs to be reserved so do so in advance because time slots fill up fast!」

「Amazing płace , friendly and very helpful staff.Excellent location, apartment very well maintained and super clean.」

「Communication from both the property and Expedia was very poor. Note that you will have to make a bank transfer (NOT email transfer, cash, visa, or anything else) to complete the booking. The property did not provide all the correct information so I had to get someone back home to visit the bank twice. Our bank thought it was a scam. Expedia did not communicate this and I wouldn't have booked if I had known. Otherwise the property is fine, though there are big rotten holes in the patio -...
