Wonderful haven

Guesthouse located on the hillside above small harbour. Room had great views over the sea and mountains beyond. A short walk to Eyri the excellent local restaurant. We were diving from Styran dive centre on the unique geothermal chimney close by.

very well organized and run place, like a hotel with a few 'themed' rooms. Host is very pleasant person. you get assigned basket in the fridge. Soft towels, very clean place.

Très bien

Un accueil chaleureux pas les deux propriétaires du guesthouse qui semblent vraiment avoir mis leur maison familiale à disposition. La cuisine est très très bien équipé, vous trouverez forcément ce dont vous avez besoin. Il y a du café, du thé et du lait à disposition. Disponible aussi, une terrasse avec des tables pour déjeuner à l’air libre et une hôtel pool à 39°C pour se détendre.

Lit d’appoint demandé non fait à notre arrivée. Tables et cuisine pour se restaurer juste derrière la porte de la chambre. Les poubelles ne sont pas vidées. Présence de mouches partout dans l’établissement.

Séjour très agréable avec un hôte très sympathique. Petit bémol, nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3, 2 adultes et notre fils de 13 ans, mais il n'y avait qu'un lit. L'hôte nous a rajouté un matelas au sol, il pensait que c'était un bébé...Salle de bain et wc partagés donc il faut s'organiser mais c'est gerable. Une cuisine commune permet de se faire à manger et permet surtout de rencontrer d'autres voyageurs, ce qui est sympa.

Comfortable Guest House tucked away

Very nice room, very comfortable bedding, and the host is so hospitable and friendly. Everything is very well organized, clean, and even slippers are provided so that guests leave their shoes at the door. The whole place is spotless and the kitchen is very well equipped. Be aware that there is nothing in the area (other than a restaurant that serves lunch & dinner but NOT breakfast), so if you get stuck there with no food, you will go hungry. There are no food options for many kilometers.
