Das Gesamtpaket überzeugt. Der Wellnessbereich ist schön mit Pool, Whirlpool, Solarium, Sauna, Tauchbecken und Dampfbad. Es gibt zwei Ladesäulen für E-Kfz., einen Abstellraum für Fahrräder und auch sonst ist vieles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung - in die Ecken und unter das Bett darf man nicht schauen, funktioniert aber alles. Das Essen und der gute Service und die niedlichen Zwerge haben uns schon zum 2. Mal hergelockt. War ein schönes Wochenende zu zweit.

Gern wieder

Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage oberhalb des Ortes. Schöner "grüner" Spazierweg durch den Kurgarten in den wunderhübschen Ort. Hotel äußerlich ein Zweckbau. Zimmer und Bad renoviert, gemütlich, angemessene Größe. Etwas harte Matratzen. Speiseräume sehr groß, zwar unterteilt, aber nicht anheimelnd. Empfehlenswert die Außenterrasse. Speisen ok. Beim Frühstück könnte schneller nachgelegt werden. Hallenbad und Sauna sind schon etwas älter, aber schön groß zum Schwimmen. Der Garten ist etwas verwildert, (gefällt uns sehr so) mit einigen Liegen, ruhig. Besonders erwähnenswert die Höflichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Teams, man/frau fühlt sich umsorgt.

Etwas in „die Jahre“ gekommenes Hotel, was sich an der Einrichtung und teilweise „bunten“ Zusammenstellung der Gestaltung ablesen lässt. Aber freundliches und aufmerksames Personal und sehr sauber! Sehr, sehr ruhige Lage, zu Fuß in die historische Altstadt ca. 10 Minuten.

Zwischenstopp in Hitzacker

Schönes ruhiges Hotel an der Elbe mit super freundlichem Personal. Essen im Hotel war auch sehr gut.

Die Einrichtung ist von einer unmodernen, lieblosen Zimmerausstattung geprägt. Die Zimmer wirken insgesamt kalt. Im Zimmer war - auch zur verabredeten Check-In-Zeit - noch ein starker Chlorgeruch wahrzunehmen. Offenkundig werden zudem die Schönheitsreparaturen (Streichen der Geländer etc) unterlassen. "Einzigartig" ist zudem die Auswahl der Bilder in den Fluren. Über Geschmack lässt sich aber nicht streiten... Das Personal war hingegen sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und verständnisvoll.

... Jetzt schon das 2x da gewesen, Essen und Bad wie immer top.... Wellness auch sehr sehr angenehm dort.... Hoffentlich ist Corona bald vorbei und man kann das leckere Frühstück s Buffet genießen.... Frühstück so aber auch sehr gut und lecker kein Wunsch bleibt offen...

Auf uns hat das SEHR freundliche Personal einen hervorragenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Trotz der Widrigkeiten der sog. Corona- Zeit sind alle ausgesprochen zuvorkommend bedient worden.Wir werden dieses Hotel ganz bestimmt wieder aufsuchen.

Insgesamt hatten wir ein sehr schönes, entspanntes und erholsames Wochenende im Parkhotel Hitzacker. Zwar ein bißchen in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Auch das Schwimmbad und die Sauna genossen wir. Der einzige Grund warum wir u.U. nicht wieder kommen würden, waren die Betten. Sehr weich und seeehr durch gelegen. Nach der zweiten Nacht darin hatte ich große Rückenschmerzen und konnte kurz nach Sonnenaufgang nicht mehr schlafen, da Liegen darin nicht mehr möglich war. Schade! Auch der hohe Einstieg in die Duschkabine ist für ältere Menschen und solche die sich nicht mehr so gut bewegen können, ohne Hilfe nicht zu bewältigen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffett und das aufmerksame Personal.

Sehr schönes Hotel, gute Ausstattung

Die Einschätzung beruht auf eine Überraschung als Radtourist. Das gebuchte EZ war in einem guten Zustand, keine nennenswerte Mängel. Toll ist das Schwimmbad mit Sauna und Dampfbad. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig, eben ein großes Haus mit entsprechender Auswahl. Einziger Nachteil ist die Lage weit oberhalb der Elbe. Mit dem Rad nur für geübte Radfahren geeignet. Die Steigung wird mit bis zu 10 % angegeben. Wenn man nicht allzu oft in den Ort pendeln will sicher eine Empfehlung wert.

our stay in Hitzacker

The hotel was lovely. Friendly staff who spoke English. The restaurant was very good and a great choice for breakfast. Catered for my gluten free needs. A little out of town but that was not a problem to us. Well worth a visit.
