「We stayed in the Big Horn room. It was very clean the shower pressure was great. There are two beds in the room. It would be great for a family with small children. We were not able to take advantage of the fire pit area because of the weather but would have weather permitting. The location is great not far from Helen and hiking areas. 「The spa experience was disappointing. The room was cold, and they didn’t have the necessary amenities for a woman’s comfort. The oil was sprayed directly onto my skin cold. I received a massage on one hand but not the other. Same with my feet, The massage was rough, and they did not properly cover parts of my body while working on other areas.
