「Hotel was great and staff helpful. The restaurant was super slow. And waiters seemed over their heads. Maybe just one bad morning. And they forgot to put my order in.」

「Cleanness and location」

「Grear people, great location, and no complications」

「Desayuno.. la ubicacion」

「The room is small, the towels are broken, the hairdryer is broken. Checkin on 11pm, but I had to wait the man who looks like sleepy and just throw the room card to me and said nothing.」

「Clean space and kind people」

「Convenient downtown location. Friendly staff. Lack of cleanliness and maintenance especially in the bathroom. Insufficient furnishings. Very small closet for three guests. Dusty hallways, plants and decor. Bad TV reception.」

「This hotel was in a repurposed building. Our first room was minuscule. We didn’t have room to open both our suitcases and move past each other. The handle fell off the shower control. Our second room was on 2 floors. A family suite. Bathroom on first floor. The staff were very helpful.」
