The hotel in general and our room in particular was clean, refreshed and welcoming. The pool T was perfect, kids loved the water slide. There was an issue with the payment, but the staff worked out the problem and it was solved in the end. Overall an amazing 3 days there.

This was very disappointing. The hotel is big, but we had coincidentally booked it when others were coming. The hotel staff was rude. At first telling us we can park out front to get our bags in the room, instead after about 30 seconds while doing just that another staff member said that we cannot - since a bus with Israeli guests was arriving - this was a yearly reoccurrence according to another member. I was also appalled by the lack of proper cleaning. Bath tubs were all green in some areas, a lot of the hotel was empty and everything was far. The area nearby is better since there was a park but, overall this stay was a complete disappointment- if it weren't for the people water - this would've been a huge waste of money. Overall 2/10 stars would be the max I would give this... Avoid

ブルガリアの温泉保養施設

　おそらく社会主義時代にできた大規模温泉保養施設だと思うけれど(調べたわけではなく雰囲気として)客室は適度に改修されている。あまり関係ないけれどフラットテレビにアナログ信号なので一昔前の放送に思えた、またWIFIも少し厳しい。利用した部屋では居室の2箇所が電球切れだった。言えば変えてくれたかもしれないけれど不自由はなく放置した。土曜から2泊したので団体客で賑わっており朝食ビュッフェも混雑していた。無料で温水プールが使える。利用しなかったけれど夕食もビュッフェ式で13EURくらいだった。街全体にローマ時代の温浴場等遺跡があり散策にも良い。

Det manglet morgenkåpe for å dekke seg når man gikk ned til bassenget. Tok kontakt med resepsjonen, men det var ikke deres problem. Så ingen hjelp å få. Heller ingen smil fra betjening.

Catastrophique sur le plan de la réservation Ce sont mes premiers essais avec hôtel . Com J ai été débité sur mon comprte et en plus on m a demandé de régler à l arrivée dans l hôtel Par chance j’ai consulté mon relevé de banque et j’en me suis aperçu du débit Le pesonnel a l accueil a été incompétent Un hôtel de 200 chambrées où l accueil ne parle pas anglais Pas un seul mot d excuse C est lamentable et cela donne une tres mauvaise images de marque de l hôtellerie bulgare Pour bien moins que ce problème j aurai bénéficié en France d une gratuite ou au moins d un geste commercial
