「我在app上预定的酒店，然后等来到酒店已经下班了，但是晚上外面很冷，而且那个村子没有信号，上不了网打不了电话，叫了好久都没有人应答，最后回到了高速公路上才有了信号，这次没有体验到这家酒店，却让我体验到了hotels APP的bug，过了当天入住时间的酒店居然还能下订单，等我刚过去的时候，居然已经下班关门，对于APP的使用体验很是不好」
