Großartiges Haus mit Stil und weitläufiger Parkanlage in ruhiger Umgebung. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Gastronomische Qualität, angefangen von der Tea Time über das Diner bis hin zum Frühstück, hervorragend. Viele Liegen rund um den beheizten Innen- und Aussenpool. Ausreichend Hotelparkplätze vorhanden. Ein Wohlfühlort zum Wiederkommen.

Séjour agréable. Les soins sont au top.

Très bon accueil que ce soit à l'accueil ou à la partie restauration. Le spa mériterait un rafraîchissement pour un établissement de ce standing . De même que la décoration, mobilier de notre chambre qui faisait un peu années 90-2000, bling bling,en tous cas plus dans les standards d'aujourd'hui. Par contre, propreté irréprochable tant dans la chambre que dans les parties communes

das hotel war sehr eindrucksvoll und stylisch eingerichtet👏modern mit alt…und vorallem die verschiedenen essensräume waren super schön eingerichtet und es war somit obwohl es viele gäste im hotel hatte sehr ruhig beim essen. wunderschöner park👌das essen war herrlich und die zimmer modern eingerichtet. hunde erlaubt das gefiel uns. einziger mangel für zwei hunde pro tag 45 euro und was dabei war nur zwei badetücher für vier tage (wurde nicht erneuert obwohl die sehr schmutzig waren) 🥹 und futternäpfe. uns fehlte ein kühlschrank für futtermittel und allenfalls eine aussen hundedusche. aber ansonsten gefiel es und so gut wir gehen wieder☺️und die wanderwege und natur ist unglaublich 💪

Auf Anfrage ob wir das Zimmer wechseln können, ( Nachbarn waren bis 23:30 unzumutbar laut- und trotz Gespräch durch das Hotelpersonal nicht leiser) wurde trotz sehr ausgebuchtem Hotel, ein anderes Zimmer in der selben Größe und Buchungsoptionen gefunden und angeboten. Das machte unseren Kurzurlaub von 2 Nächten doch noch sehr erholsam und super! Sehr schöne Pools und Wellness-Angebote. Kulinarisch wurde man praktisch den ganzen Tag verwöhnt.

Très bel endroit

Bel hôtel situé dans un parc. Accueil sympathique et professionnel. Belle chambre rénovée, spacieuse, nombreux rangements, salle de bain un peu désuète. L’espace soin est agréable, belle piscine extérieure, l’espace wellness mériterait un rafraîchissement. Buffet de petit-déjeuner varié, très bon restaurant. Dommage qu’en été le tea-time soit servi à l’intérieur.

Haven in the Hinterzarten

Ein sehr schönes Hotel

Der Empfang an der Reception war sehr freundlich und speditiv. Beim Gepäck ausladen war sofort eine freundliche Hilfe zur Stelle. Die Zimmer sind ruhig, angenehm hell und es fehlt an nichts. Leider befand sich unser Zimmer im 3. Stock, wo die Grösse eingeschränkt ist. Idealerweise ein Zimmer für eine Person! Das Essen in den Adlerstuben war ausgezeichnet und die Bedienung stets freundlich. Die Bar lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, vielfältig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Hotelumgebung ist gepflegt und eine gute Ausgangslage für kurze oder längere Spaziergänge. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist ausgezeichnet, das Angebot sehr weitreichend und die Poollandschaft grosszügig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A quick escape to relax.

Very friendly service and beautiful surroundings. We wish we could have been there on the day the “Oscars” restaurant was open. But the other restaurant was very nice and Cafe Diva was relaxing. The pool area was enjoyable especially when enjoy the outdoor view.
