「Ontzettend teleurstellend. Op het eerste gezicht lijkt alles mooi en luxe, maar zodra we onze hotelkamer binnenkwamen, bleek de werkelijkheid totaal anders te zijn. Er was veel kapot in de kamer: het gordijn hing los, de ophanghaakjes waren kapot, de toiletrolhouder zat los en de algemene staat van de kamer was slecht onderhouden.
