Property was dirty. Bottles and trash on roads. Tub had a broken drain plug that didn’t stop the water so had to leave water running while bathing kiddo. Downstairs people smoked cigs and weed multiple times called 3 times and all they did was give them a curtesy call. This continued over the 3 days ...
