Very clean and quiet! Wonderful location walking distance to Folly Field Beach. Clubhouse is nicely air conditioned has ping pong table, other tables that can be used for card games, and some fitness equipment. Great in-condo laundry and kitchen. Would stay again.

Property was clean employees were helpful. Good location nice pool. Property could use a few more conveniences. Ie better beach chairs, laundry soap for more than one load, beach towels, need national tv stations. My husband missed Fox News.

The property was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. We love the pool area and the very short walk to a gorgeous beach. There are so many very good restaurants nearby and lots of shopping. The complex is very quiet and looked after. I would highly recommend this property!
