「Ellipse has a fantastic location right next to Mall of Africa, and the aparthotel itself was very nice, but poor internal communication significantly hurt the experience. Check-in was confusing since I received no prior instructions, and despite arriving after the 3:00 PM check-in time, I had to wait in the hallway while housekeeping finished up. 「No shopping within walking distance. There is a small store that offers snacks and drinks and 1 restaurant on site. The beds are a little to firm for our liking but the property was very clean and accommodating.」
