「Great property, location and communication 」

「Good facilities and very friendly host but not as clean as it could be inside with dirty soap tray in shower and cobwebs and bugs in bathroom. Front door area was a bit cluttered and common entrance had some odour from being a utility room. 」

「The room was fine but the wifi didn't work and the tv was broken. Despite many promises to rectify, they were not fixed for the duration of our stay」

「I was unimpressed with the cleanliness of my room. The sofa was too dirty to even sit on. The shower was not working as both shower heads were damaged. There was a lot of hair in the bathroom - none of it mine. And I needed to wash crockery and cutlery before I could use it. Being on the ground floor meant people parked 3ft from my window, shining bright car lights into the living area, talking and revving loudly late at night.
