「ghastly, No one at reception 3:30 in afternoon (I had a reservation). When I finally found someone, 1st room had no bedding, just bare torn mattress w/ 2 lumpy pillows thrown on bed, fridge and microwave unplugged and turned to wall. Second room had a hole about 1x2 feet in the front window; only 2 sheets on bed, no blanket in February. Heater was duct-taped to the wall. Single overhead light had no bulb and when I finally found another employee to get me one, I discovered the fixture wasnt...
