"When we first checked in we were assigned a room on the second floor. The elevator was broken so we had to take the stairs. We walked through a hallway of wasteland...floors were extremely dirty, ceiling was pealing, garbage stacked outside of rooms. We make it to our room and neither of our keys worked in the door. Went back down the stairs to the front desk and were told that the battery on the door lock was probably dead. A staff member went back with us and charged the door lock enough that we could get in but he said that if we left we needed to leave someone in the room or we would be locked out. About a half hour later he comes back and says that they switched us to a room across the hall. We get into the new room and the TV doesn't work. By this time we are tired and decide just to go to bed. The next day we go down and ask if we can get batteries for the remote because the TV is not working. The staff member was very nice and apologetic, but could not find any batteries so gave us the remote to the office TV to use. It really is a shame, because I think at one time this was a beautiful hotel. It has the biggest atrium I have ever seen in a hotel but it was completely shut down. The pool was never open the entirety of our stay and they never served a breakfast of any kind, not so much as having coffee out. They were extremely short-staffed. The whole time we were there (2 days), I saw a total of four different staff members. The staff was very helpful and kind."

"Was turned away saying they were booked, had confirmed reservation 2 months prior. Came from out of town, customer service was not of help after staying on hold for a resolution and made me late to my concert. "

"Staff was very friendly. The room was clean, had all the stuff you expect and had good water temp and pressure. The area around it was questionable. If you want to have a crazy light at a local “club” you have many options. If you’re looking for a sketchy gas station that has a “shabby” aura… even more options."

"We liked that the water in the shower was hot and pressure was great. What we didn’t like one room the refrigerator did not work and reported but nothing was fixed during our stay. The other room the outlet at the sink didn’t work. Reported it during our stay nothing was done to fix the problem. They offered to discount our bill but I have to notify Expedia about it."

"Everything was great at the hotel,they had a restaurant,it was not open at the time we were there,but they had one.Staff was nice and knowledgeable,quick checkin.Only complaint was it was chilly in the room and when trying to turn the heat on all we got was cold air."

"We had ants in each room was able to switch one room but not the other and they would not compensate us for the hassle. When we asked they were very unprofessional about it. Would not recommend this property!!"

"The hotel as a whole was excellent. The pillows were kind of weird, we all woke up with stiff necks both days. Our friends stayed at the property as well and they also woke up with stiff necks. As a whole it was a good property to stay at."
