酒店是靠在路邊，全木做的，行在走廊上會發出聲音，酒店沒有升降機，如果住二樓行李會不方便，而住在地下，因沒有冷氣，要開窗訓，感覺不太安全，唯一最好的是即叫即做的早餐

We received an email regarding check in,as the reception was closed. unfortunately we didn't see the message. fortunately another guest had the telephone number and was able to ring for us. A note had been left for us at the side of signing in book. Lots of scratched paintwork in the room. Two single beds in the room of differing heights, one had a large dip in it.

We was given a room which had numerous marks and scratches all over the walls, with stains on the carpets and a bathroom ceiling covered in Mold. All surfaces were dirty and ledges by the windows had dead bugs on them. We complained to reception who gave us a new room after expressing no concern to the moldy room. This room had no mold but was not ‘clean’

Last minute booking

Very tired looking small double room, presumably given to single travellers. Mattress etc, no complaints Outside . Function directly outside my window, noisy until after 1am... Most other hotels mention at or before booking if a late function would be on. This did not...

A disappointing stay

Room 14, A little tired around the edges. Unable to adjust shower temp it was jammed on luke warm, shower leaked from trap onto bathroom floor which smelt, also leaking out of flow/temp bar itself. Thin walls with inconsiderate guests next door, woman rowing with partner at midnight & again @ 5am...very little sleep. All in all a little disappointing.

Room issues

Have stayed at the hotel before and so was used to the location and the room type My only issues are the use of American door locks which are very difficult to operate and would suggest key card system or conventional British locks. Also the paint needs upgrading in the room and especially the bathroom

We stayed here as we went to the Man Utd match last night. Shocked and very disappointed. The photos online are not a true reflection on what type of room you get. The hotel seemed to be ok on arrival entrance of the hotel and bar / food area looks ok. But entrance hallway to room and the room and bathroom was awful. Very very dated, dirty, smelt damp and of smoke. We tried to check out at 7am nowhere to leave the key and no staff working. Rang a phone number the hotel gave us and we were told to leave the key in the room and the door unlocked

Excellent budget option

The twin room was budget but clean and comfortable. I had a late check-in and the hotel was excellent in the levels of communication. The hotel decor, fixtures and fittings are tired but everything is there and service amazing.
