「The hotel is located at a very convenient area. The staff is very helpful and warm-hearted. Would like to stay again next time.」

「Had to leave the key for the room in the door, as the main building was locked up when I left. Not a big drama though」

「Absolutely terrible, poor communication from the company and awful mattresses, window was broken and we couldn’t enter the property until management could be bothered to let us in.」

「I was led to believe that the whole apartment would be included. There was a room and a shared bathroom/toilet and kitchen.」

「Ideal for a stay as near st Georges for appointments and easy for underground. Plenty of local shops for everything you need」

「All 6 night we had a good experience besides couples of things: There wasn't enough shampoo and soap for the 6 nights stay; Room was very dusty and no cleaning/vacuum were done with our stay for 6 nights, as well area upfront of the main entrance had debris all around; If these things can be corrected, then ratings can be raised up. 」

「Very convenient for South Terminal. Quick and courteous check in. Comfy bed and pillows. Tea and coffee making facilities. Spotlessly clean. Bottled water. Powerful walk in shower. I didn’t use f&b offerings as got something from M&S in terminal. Quick check out.」

「Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0. The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page.」
