The food wasn’t the best, but aside from that it was a great stay. I would go there again, and would definitely recommend it to my friends.

If you're going because of the water park don't go there it's not worth it It's not just for the hotel guest everyday they had 6-7 different camps coming into the water park

An awful experience!

Worst hotel i have ever been to. The rooms are outdated, the AC sounds like the engine of a truck. There is a big variety of things to eat but they all taste awful. the pool was closed for 24 hours due to contamination of some sort. Overall a crappie experience! will never return here.

When we arrived the hotel was closed because off renovation. They did accepted mij reservation and even confirmed it. After a lot of talking they transfered us in the end to another hotel. An upgrade they told us, but is was a downgrade. I have not one good word for the whole situation.

U Sunrise Club ist eine toll angelegte, weitläufige, Anlage, sehr grün und gut gepflegt. Für den, der eine schöne Aussicht genießen möchte, sind die Appartments mit Blick auf Eilat und das jordanische Aqaba sicher eine Bereicherung. Wer seine Unterkunft nicht direkt am Strand haben möchte hat hier eine gute Alternative zu den Strandhotels. Ab April 2019 wird auch der Fluglärm entfallen, da der innerstädtische Flughafen (nationale Flüge am Tag) dann geschlossen wird. Die Verpflegung ist israelisch vielseitig und zusätzlich um arabische Komponenten erweitert. Wer auf Süß steht, wird es nicht ganz so leicht haben, kalorienarm zu leben. Für manche möglicherweise eine Einschränkung: Wer eine ruhige Essensatmosphäre wünscht, wird es nicht so leicht haben. Die Stimmung im Restaurant ist locker, aber - zumindest in der Zeit , in der wir da waren, fast immer auch sehr lebendig und laut. PS: Wer mit Kindern unterwegs ist, wird sich über das super engagierte und kreative Kinder-Betreuungsteam freuen. Standardsprache ist hebräisch. Wie die Integration anders sprachiger Kinder funktioniert, müsste man vorab erfragen. Wir waren 14 Tage dort, haben von dort aus unsere Ausflüge gemacht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden in jedem Falle wiederkommen!

Wonderful All-Inclusive Resort near Eilat

We stayed at U Sunrise Club (USC) Hotel for 10 nights at the end of an 8-week vacation in Israel. We were looking for a relaxing, pampered end to a busy trip. And we found it. The service was impeccable and friendly. For example, we were disappointed with the view in our first room, but we encountered no resistance to changing our room. The best feature of USC is that it's all-inclusive. The meals were sumptuous, with varied options and more food than anyone would be able to eat. In addition, beverages were available all day, including coffee, tea, soft drinks, beer, wine, and liquor. It should be noted that USC is very child-friendly, so there were many children throughout our stay, which may not suit everyone. One of the things we liked about USC is that it seemed to attract a broad cross-section of Israelis, rather than only foreign tourists. Although USC is located outside of Eilat, there is free bus service to town. But the amenities at USC (pools, gym and spa) certainly reduce the need to go elsewhere, if your main goal is to relax and enjoy the sun.

A refaire sans hésiter

Tout est impeccable, le personnel, leur gentillesse, leur dévouement, leurs efforts pour communiquer en Français, franchement, nous voyageons beaucoup et nous n'avons jamais vu autant de travail pour essayer de satisfaire tout le monde. Tout le personnel, aussi bien des cuisiniers, serveurs, barmaid, réception, sécurité, fait en sorte que vous passiez des vacances au sens propre du terme. Beaucoup d'animation, les animateurs et animatrices se donnent à fond mais respectent également ceux qui ne souhaitent pas participer. L'hôtel est calme, l'eau de la piscine est chauffée, le sauna est gratuit, vous profitez également d'un tour de 45 mn en bâteau par séjour offert par l'hôtel avec un chien gentil comme capitaine...merci également à eux pour cette balade, c'était très bien. Un all Inclusive ultra complet, vous ne manquez jamais de rien. Franchement une critique serait malvenue.en plus 27 degrés, on a apprécié le beau temps.Merci à tout le personnel pour cet accueil, nous comptons revenir avec nos enfants et beaux enfants à la même période l'année prochaine. Merci également à hotel.com qui a super bien mené l'annulation de U Sunrise pour ce club, c'était parfait.

Amazing food, good hotel. Too much focused on kids

The food was amazing. We really loved it. The rooms were nice. However, the outdoor pool wasn't open and all the activities were focused on kids.

Hotelli ei sovi länsimaiselle ihmiselle.

Ruoka oli huonoa (olen kasvis-kalan syöjä), hyvin lihapainotteista. Kaikki kyltit vain paikallisilla kielillä, henkilökunnalla huono kielitaito. Ainoa hyvä oli siivous ja huone, ne olivat 4/5. Erittäin paljon paikallisia turisteja arabeja ja israelilaisia, ei mielestäni ole kansainvälinen hotelli, en suosittele länsimaiselle vieraalle.

האווירה שונה ממלון רגיל. פה המלון מורכב מביתנים בני שני קומות. הארוחות יחסית מגוונות ומלאות באפשרויות. באמת הורגש שהצוות של כל המלון ניסה לרצות לכל אורך החופשה. המון פעילויות לילדים. בסך הכל כן ממליצים.

כל הכבוד לבעל המלון שבחר לו צוות עובדים מנצח עם שירות מעולה ואדיבות וסבלנות לאורחיו.קבלה מהירה, חדר תמיד נקי,צוות בידור שלא מבייש את הבימה, תמיד תוסס מקפיץ ומזמין להופעות והצגות איכותיות עם שלל של תוכניות מרתקות וכייפיות לילדים. לא הספקנו לצאת לעיר עם תוכניה עשירה ומעניינת. היה ממש כיף אוכל טעים חם וטרי, השירות היה מצויין כל הזמן מציעים ושואלים לעזרה ובחדר האוכל מיד כשראו אותנו החלו לפנות ולנקות עבורנו שולחן ודאגו לצרף כסא תינוק מבלי שביקשנו..רק כי ראו אותנו עם תינוק, שירות מעל לכל דמיון!! היתה חוויה כייפית וכבר סגרנו נופש נוסף לחג..המקום והצוות השאירו טעם של עוד..יישר כוח!
