Amazing hosts. Great communication. Eveything we needed was dealt-with right away and with kindness. Great pool, it was barely used while we were there it felt like we owned the place. Only 1 washrom per room, though, even with the 5 beds suite. Hotel barhroom dates somewhat and could need some upgrades. Area between the hotel and the beach is not the best. A little too sketchy to walk for oir preference. The beach there is wonderful, my kids' favorite. We rented a car and had plenty of safe parking. Friendly cats on the property.

Paradies mit unglaublicher Gastfreundschaft

Die Anlage ist traumhaft! Umgeben von einer Pracht von verschiedenen Pflanzen. Der Pool war durchgehend auf 30 Grad. Die Appartements bieten eine kleine Kochnische incl. Kühlschrank. Ein Balkon wo man bei Abend wunderbar entspannen kann. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und immer hilfreich. Frühstück konnte man nach Belieben mit einem einheitspreis buchen. Der Strand war Fußweg 20 Minuten entfernt. Die Betten hatten ne gute Härte, was aber ideal war.

Excellent choix , spacieux, calme et bien placé !

Appartement très agréable, grand type T2 terrasse. Accueil très chaleureux, avec cadeau de bienvenue. Grande piscine, propriété très fleurie, et au calme...tout en étant à 10 mn d'Héraklion et de l'arrière pays et plages de l'Est.

We had nightmare memories at this hotel. Booked this property 3-4 weeks in advanced of my trip, only to find out at 9pm on day of arrival that the property was in construction and was not available. Spend 2-3 hours trying to sort things out and finally checking in to another hotel. Not sure if property owner or Expedia was to be blamed, but not very happy. Only posltive thing I can say is the property owner did assist in finding alternate hotel, albeit initially sendong us to the wrong hotel.

Quick check-in, very helpful and friendly staff, great location. Breakfast was tasty just a pity the bacon and omelette wasn't always hot. Convenient for bus to Heraklion airport - €2 per person vs €30 for taxi.

Kedeligt område. Men hotellet/området med lejligheder i 2 etager er rigtigt fint. Fin anlagt beplantning. Hotellet/lejligheden i fin stand. Glimrende pool. Fin service. OG: Skråt overfor hotellet ligger en KANON god restaurant: Athivoli. Glimrende sted at "crashe" en dag eller 2 ved sen ankomst til øen eller tidlig afrejse. Men området er kedeligt og hotellet overflyves hvert 5-10 minut.

Well kept hotel

Friendly staff, very clean and good value. Out of town location would suit someone driving although there is a bus service to Heraklion. Internet speed is poor and and unsuited to 2018.

Très bon séjour

Arriver début avril en début de saison donc tout les établissements restaurants etc... Ne sont pas encore près ou carrément ouverts. Malgré cela nous les hôtel était parfait au petit soins pour nous avec des cadeaux pour pâques des bouteilles d'eau tous les jours la responsable toujours avenante sans être envahissante. Bref très bien je recommande nous étions 5 dont 3 enfants 4_8_11 ans rien à redire.

Nette, nicht allzu große Hotelanlage

Die Anlage gliedert sich in verschiedene kleine Gebäude und ist in gutem Zustand. Die Zimmerausstattung ist für kretische Verhältnisse ziemlich gut, besonders erwähnenswert ist das gut ausgestattete Bad mit Duschkabine. Die Hotelanlage liegt in der unmittelbaren Nähe eines teilweise aufgegebene Armeestützpunktes, dadurch ist in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft nicht allzu viel geboten was Restaurants etc. betrifft.

Nice hotel

We stayed here for 2 nights on our way back to Heraklion. We were made very welcome by Anna & Dimitra, who helped us with directions & recommended a heavenly taverna over the road. The rooms are spacious but basic, and fairly quiet considering the hotel was full. The pool area needs updating & cleaning, as does the mini playground. All in all it was a pleasant stay & I'd recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay near Heraklion.

Greece family vacation 2017

Very nice place, clean and the staff was nice too. The room and grounds are clean and the breakfast in the morning was great. It's about a 10min drive into town and not much to do in the area.

Prima hotel voor starters of einde rondreis Kreta.

Het hotel ligt erg gunstig t.o.v. het vliegveld van Heraklion. Het is een prima hotel voor als je net op Kreta bent aangekomen of vlak voordat je weer vertrekt. Het ligt wel afgelegen. Dus goed voor rustzoekers. De prijs kwaliteits verhouding is erg goed.

Lovely out of the way hotel

This quiet hotel is about 15 mins walk from the lively tourist spot of Gouves. It's a calm and peaceful oasis to stay in and the owner, Anna, is a delight. Nothing is too much trouble, including waking up at 2.30 in the morning to let us in! The breakfast is tasty and often features regional specialities and while there is no on site restaurant, Anna can make you a toasted sandwich for a snack after your lunch time swim. Just across the road is Athivoli, a fantastic little taverna that serves local fresh food all cooked or preserved on the spot. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing break in Greece. You can hire a car and do all the busy stuff in the morning then relax by the pool all afternoon with many beers to keep you refreshed.

Ikke et hotell jeg vil anbefale! Rommet var dårlig rengjort ved ankomst. Kjøleskapet var defekt. Fikk nytt etter 4 dager, men da virket ikke fryseren!! Ble lovet high speed internett på rommet. Dette fungerte ikke i det hele tatt!! I tillegg ligger hotellet midt uti ingenmannsland, omtrent uten butikker og tavernaer i umiddelbar nærhet!

Best Western (Your Memories)

Very Out of the way area but tranquil and the grounds are well kept. Wifi in rooms is poor but I did see hard line connection in room but never had an Ethernet cable. Approx 50kbs on wi-fi. better at pool area. Staff were all excellent and accommodating, breakfast usual continental, nothing to brag about. This is a nice and peaceful hotel with a 10 min walk to beach over rough footpath. Bus stop just out on road side and is call No10 (no pavement) , cheap to get around. Only had 1 close by restaurant which was really nice authentic home made food, this was a 5 night stay and was a nice quite stay with bus service close by to venture. The pool was nice and very quiet with most days just ourselves at it. Perfect for couples who just want to relax and chill and venture out now and again. Taxi cost30euro from hotel but try and get the bus for 8euro, look for Malia on bus and just say stop No 10,

Schönes Hotel mit nettem Personal

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem schönen Hotel verbracht. Die Anlage sowie die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig, wenn auch nicht gerade vollwertig :-) Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kleine Probleme wurden umgehend behoben.

Tranquillo hotel con ottimi servizi

Un hotel moderno, con aria condizionata, parcheggio, piscina e wifi free. Un pò lontano dal mare, ma Creta va girata con un mezzo comunque. L'hotel è piccolo, quindi non è consigliato a chi vuole far conoscenze o avere animazione stile villaggi.
