A piece of heaven

I can honestly say it has been one of the best places I've ever stayed, it was truly luxurious. There are lots of restaurants around and a chill out bar that is excellent 2 minute walk. Perfect for traveling as a couple or with kids, can't recommend it enough, the beach is just outside but it was quiet at night and just perfect.

The owner was a top notch gentleman. Showed us around. Helped with dining options and things to do. The view was amazing. My kids loved it. We would stay here longer if we went back to Crete today.

This was a lovely apartment right on the sea with easy access to the beach. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. As an added touch we were left a delightful basket fruit and other goodies which were perfect to enjoy out on the deck. It was a much needed pick me up after a day of travel. Thank you Demitris

We had a wonderful stay at this property (3 adults and 2 kids)! Dimitris promptly confirmed our reservation. He was on site to help us with check-in and for any advice/help we needed during our stay regarding Crete. He provided us with a welcome basket which I've never received from any other property manager. The villa was exactly as described and the photos are representative of the property. The beachfront setting was beautiful. We had a car and drove all over Greece but the beach in Kokkini in our backyard was our favorite. the location was only about a 5 minute drive from the airport and 15 minutes from Heraklion. There is a free parking space which is also nice. The grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, gift shops are all within walking distance of the property. I would definitely stay at this property again. Thanks Dimitris!

As I was searching for hotels near Heraklion airport, the ocean front view of this property caught my attention although there are not many reviews on Expedia. Now I can clearly say that it is a great choice. Dimitris, the host, connected with me two weeks before my trip for the flight info and accommodated me with early morning check-in. The property is spotless and cozy. There is a terrace facing ocean where we had breakfast and chilled out with wine Dimitris offered. The host is very approachable and helpful recommending day trips that fit our schedule. Overall, I highly recommend this property.

Fantastisch

Wir (6 Freudinnen) waren im Mai für 4 Tage in diesem Apartment, es war einfach nur ein Traum, besser gehts nicht. Es liegt direkt am Meer, die Terrasse ist sehr gemütlich. Es war alles super sauber, es hatte für alle Gäste genug Decken und Kissen. Auch in der Küche fehlte es an nichts, es war alles da was man brauchte. Es ist wirklich so wie es auf den Bildern aussieht. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit, ich komme bestimmt wieder hier hin.

Best family villa in Crete!

I can't praise this place enough! I don't usually book accommodations without any reviews but I couldn't resist after seeing the photos on the website - and I am glad I went with my instincts. We received a confirmation email promptly and were able to contact the owner, Dimitris (by far the most friendly and helpful owner I have come across), for any enquiries prior to/during our dates of booking. My family and I were welcomed with edible goodies and an amazing villa which were exactly like the photos I saw of the place. The villa was spacious, clean, comfortable, had all of the facilities listed on the website and the best part was, of course, the terrace where you could relax/eat (tables and chairs avilable) whilst enjoying the stunning view of the sea. There is a hotel next door but we weren't affected by loud noise during our stay. The location was perfect too! Only a 10 mins drive to Heraklion were you can do some site-seeing/eat. There are local restaurants, large supermarkets and a post office (important for postcard senders) all within walkable distances, which were ideal for when all our pre-booked water activities were cancelled due to bad weather. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa and would definitely be returning when we visit Crete again! Thoroughly recommended :)

Loved this place!

This property was absolutely perfect. The space was well taken care of, the beach was stunning, and the bus stop was across the street making trips to and from Heraklion very easy. Our hot greeted us upon arrival, made all of our airport transportation arrangements for us, and had a basket with fruits, bread, honey, peanut butter, wine, and of course, olive oil for us to enjoy. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Crete.
