「Hotel was lovely, staff were really friendly and very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Check in was seamless with a welcome drink and hot towels upon arrival. 「The front desk staff were wonderful. Nearly all service staff were rude and unhelpful with a few of exceptions. There are cultural differences I expect to navigate but they were rude, ignored us constantly and honestly made the experience unenjoyable. The breakfast buffet was amazing and that staff was great and kind. Everything was very clean. The included classes offered aren’t all week so we could not partake as it’s only offered 4 (I think) of the 7 days. Food was very tasty but it’s silly...

「This hotel is absolutely outstanding! There is literally nothing to fault at all about this hotel. Food is incredible and the staff are all fantastic.
